During the test, I tried ping [ip address] -l 9216, to the Alteon device's interface IP and service VIP, but did not get a response back.
When attempting packet capture on the Alteon device, the client host was caught sending ICMP to Alteon's interface, but it appears that Alteon did not send a response.
Other devices on the network where Alteon is located are responding normally to 9216 byte icmp.
Are there any reported issues or solutions to the situation?
