Uploading GoDaddy SSL Certificate to Radware WAF

Hi
need help with the renewal of an SSL certificate from GoDaddy to our WAF.

I have obtained the certificate from GoDaddy SSL and I have received a zip file containing three files with the following names:

1. 123456.crt

2. 123456.pem

3. p7b gd-g2 iis intermediates

unsure which files I should add or paste to the WAF as the SSL certificate key.
which file to use?
