"We’re preparing for a PCI audit — do you think we’re covered?"
It wasn’t a support ticket. It wasn’t a technical deep dive. Just a quick call to their account manager.
The answer was yes — the protections were in place.
But the question itself stayed with us.
Because if someone already using WAF is still double-checking their PCI posture — there are probably others doing the same.
